Zenovay does not import historical GA4 data directly. We recommend running both in parallel for a transition period so you can compare data and build up history in Zenovay before removing GA4.

Zenovay covers the core use case: HTTP endpoint monitoring with 1-minute check intervals, SSL certificate monitoring, and public status pages. If you need advanced checks like port monitoring, keyword monitoring, or 50+ endpoints on a free tier, UptimeRobot may still be a better fit for that specific need.

Hotjar has been building session replay longer, so their playback experience is slightly more polished with features like rage click detection and frustration scoring. Zenovay's session replay covers the core use case well and continues to improve, with the advantage of being integrated directly with your analytics data.

GA4 is free but typically requires Hotjar ($32/mo+) for heatmaps and session replay, plus a consent management tool ($10-15/mo) for compliance. The real cost of the 'free' stack is $39-50/month plus significant configuration time.
